Phew. 2 whole days for all that. Like.. Friday 3++pm to about 1 or 2++ am, and whole of Saturday beginning from 11am.. and the first 5 hours of Sunday lol. Of course there were meals and breaks in between.. including the food poisoning from monday, which still attacks me from time to time, especially on Saturday night =_= my dad's pissed that I used so much time on this lol. But relatively I think I did it quite quickly >< and I'm kinda proud of it.. Though almost none of it was my idea. Well actually.. some of it is. Either way, I drew all of it. Traced mostly, but still. Heh sorry, I'll cut the crap.

Yeah.. here're the pics from Port Dickson. =P We stayed in Corus Paradise Resort, and there's this man-made lagoon thingy that's supposed to be the signature of this resort.. unfortunately, we didn't get a picture of it. My dad only took the camera out on the second day.. half my family had already gone back for various reasons, and we were kinda short on time. Meh. Doesn't matter xp

Mm.. all in all, we didn't do much. The first day involved more unpacking, but I think we actually did more. We had a barbeque that night too. Uncle Loong (all this weird uncle and aunty stuff is making me sick @_@ I address them with more hakka-ness..) brought his kayak.. after carrying it down 2 floors (lol), I rowed it around and into the lagoon so the others could have a go on it in the lagoon.
There and back again later in the evening.. snagged on a fisherman's string on the way there lol. Oh yeah, and the place looks 10 times worse than that =_= The sand's hardly white, the water's hardly blue. I found this picture on google.. probably taken like 10 years ago.

I could say the trip was fun, but I've definitely had better moments or days ;) I prefer trips with my friends, minus the spending part. Heh.

Friday, Mid Valley.

I tried to contact my brother after we called it a day, but he didn't answer his phone. Hmm.. Well it's normal, cuz his phone's almost always on silent. And he's not the kind of guy who checks his phone every minute (*checks phone*).. or he could have been driving. Either way, I hung around the area looking for something to do.. i.e something to stone and stare at. 5 minutes later, I tried calling him again, but to no avail. This basically went on for at least half an hour. -_-

Finally, when I went to the north court to check for taxis, he called me. I asked if he could fetch me from MV, and like the nice brother he is, he agreed =) So yeah. He said he wouldn't be driving his car, cuz someone else already drove it to work. Usually he'd leave the house like.. right away, so I didn't know if I had enough time to get to the south court where he'd pick me up.. so I sped into a brisk walk.

After waiting for a minute at the bus stop, he called.. and said there were no cars available at home.. the only one there was the one that broke down. On that day particularly. >_> SO.. I had to find my own transport home. I headed towards the taxi stand at the north court again... only to turn around, remembering that there was a taxi stand right where I was. But then I remembered that it'd have to go one whole round before turning into Bangsar, so I turned again -_- When I reached the north court, I saw that the line was longer than the Nile.. So again I headed towards the south court.. when halfway there I remembered the line there wasn't too short either -_-

So.. I went up the escalator and went straight for the KTM.. and realised again I was walking the wrong way @_@

Eventually I got to the station. Waiting for the train, I heard these.. prolly college or uni students talking kinda loud. Then one of them saw me in my um. faded pink(??) shirt and school trousers and pointed it out.. and this not-so-thin girl laughed so everyone could hear it -_- she even said she did it on purpose. Wtf. I walked far away. =.=

I went to KL Central and transferred onto an LRT, heading towards Bangsar.

Stupid. I was too used to taking the LRT from Taman Jaya that I went in the same direction, which was wrong in this case. Ugh. No problem, I just got off and went on the other train at Pasar Seni. >_> I walked home from the Bangsar LRT station. About 20-30 mins. -_- but I'm used to that one, so I'm okay..

Oh yeah. One thing I forgot to mention.. The trains were sardine cans. I was a sardine.

It was before the indian dance.. we were supposed to dance to twinkle twinkle little star lol. Sigh. And halfway thru someone kicked the cable. The song stopped, obviously.. Well at least they let us go back up and continue.

Hey guys =) I think it's been some time since I last posted an event blog post.. so here's one =P

So.. I went for Cheer 2008 on both days last weekend. From the start to the end, I was there =P Yee Sook was too. And I can tell you, the crowd was insane. Much more so on Sunday, though. SADLY, CHSians were not as enthusiastic.. I mean sure, we did scream and all.. a few of us ran around the stadium holding the placards.. but seriously. Compared to Blitzers and Xavier, we were ants. Fortunately, there were some bacteria there. (I still feel sad for them lol)

Anyway, Calyx didn't make top five or anything, but they did better than last year. Sunday's performance was better than Saturday's too. Did I mention that I lost my voice screaming my lungs out for two almost-whole days? Sigh. I'm so disappointed. I thought they did great. The toss they executed on Sunday was great. Heck, I don't think they made any mistakes on Sunday. I heard something about one of the judges saying that they were good, but not good enough to win.

Now I really regret not joining them earlier. The All-Boys team, I mean. I know everyone thinks it's gay or something, but after watching their winning performance last year, they really aren't. Especially compared to this gay team called Pirates this year lol. You should see this dude, words really can't explain him other than 'gay' and 'ball-lessly flexible'.

All I can do now is to wish Calyx all the best, and give them all the support I can for them to win next year. I can't even give them guidance, I never joined the club even =_=
