peeling? skinning? knifing?
i'm sure i have no problems peeling a banana though.
only fruits like apples, mangoes or grapes (wtf?) where you have to use a knife or that peeler thingy to take off (for the lack of a better word) only the skin.
so when i can, i eat the skin as well =D
a piece of advice: don't do that for mangoes. (i didn't.. i'm just saying.)
but i did eat the skin of this weird fruit..

a cross between a mango and a passionfruit. or SOMETHING. the skin was like mango skin except not as bitter or sour (but still a bit), and the texture was like.. persimmon skin. (mm persimmon xp)
[edit: it's a buah kundang.. mango plum that's native to malaysia o.o didn't know there were anything like that other than durians lol]
my dad told me to skin the next one i ate after that -.-
i got cramps in my left hand.
don't ask why, i just did.
